Safely pack the items in the original packaging that came with the product. All items must be returned in good condition. If the item received is damaged, please contact Customer Service.

Confirm your country in the final order form and then you can place an order. When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed by FedEx or DHL. You’ll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Free shipping promotions are available for the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
If you don’t see your country on the list, FedEx does not currently ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to the U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.
Once your order has been shipped, A tracking number (with DHL or FedEx) will be included in the delivery confirmation email. To check the status of international orders, you can contact us here or look for the tracking number on dhl.com or FedEx.com.

International shipping rates are calculated and guaranteed by FedEx based on the items you have purchased, the shipping method you choose, and your delivery location.
We offer economical and priority shipping options.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping to international destinations.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. FedEx can’t ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

We accept international returns if your order is placed within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Thejacketssquad.com does not refund any local import duty or tax.
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to replace an item, you must request a refund, return it at your own cost, and purchase a replacement as a new order at https://thejacketssquad.com/ NOTE: Applicable VAT or other duties and taxes Shipping will be charged for replacement items.
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong or damaged item, we will cover all the costs of sending the replacement item. In this case, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. NOTE: A replacement can only be sent if you contact us within the 7-day window. Thejacketssquad.com is not responsible for lost packages that are returned. Please keep a copy of your tracking number to ensure you receive your shipment.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping, free returns, or pricing programs.
